The Main Event
This past weekend, they took us to Main Event. There is an arcade, which also has laser tag and bowling lines. I played laser tag as soon as we got there. My laser tag team fought hard but we lost. For my first time, I think I did pretty well. After the great turn out of a laser tag game, we ended up playing a game of bowling. I didn’ t get first but I did get second. I’ ve never been to a Main Event arcade. But I do hope I can go again, I had a blast.- Nazarioncy Pena
We went to Main Event and I had a blast! I played a lot of games and hung out with my friends. What was really fun was the wheel of fortune game because I kept winning. I did come home with a tummy ache though from eating so much ice-cream and laughing so hard.- Kelsey Littleton
On the Sunday after the Academic Bowl competition, we all got to go to the Main Event. The Main Event is this really cool place that has bowling, laser tag, an arcade, and glow in the dark mini golf. Laser tag was really fun and I won first place in the whole game! After that, I had a very fun time in the arcade room because they had an old Ms. Pac Man machine. I really love playing Ms. Pac Man only because my parents would play it so much when I was younger. Next, I played bowling which is always a real challenge only because I’ m a very competitive person. So yes, I won the bowling game. Over all I had tons of fun there at the Main Event even though we were only there for three hours.- Miguel Velez
Main event is a real legit place. It has 2 things that little boys like me love, laser tag and games. Laser tag was probably harder than all the soccer practices put together( sorry Steve). It was hot and I was drenched in sweat in like less than 5 minuets, and that’ s an understatement. Then we tried to do guitar hero and failed, same thing with dance, dance revolution. All in all, it was really fun.- Jeremy Roca
I have never gone to an arcade or heard of Main Event before. I got to experience new things like laser tag even though I did not know what I was doing half the time( we won). I had fun at the arcade playing with friends and the games, though I never beat any of them.- Zandra Romero
