Ms. Vines She was really kind and patient Just as chill as her dreadlocks she had twined Just as truthful as the lectures line by line Ms. Vines She had a weird vibe
The flow was chill and as a lefty the way she wrote looked like the was the perfect antonym for a scribe

I thought by the way we spoke during my orientation things were peachy keen But during some of class time I convinced myself she was mean
At one point in time I felt that at the sight of her I’ d punch a locker But that was my immaturity I didn’ t realize this lady held that special key To my grade and credit as a student Now I look back and I feel like dunce to see the rules I bent
My mother, my rock got me in line though As I went back to apologize I saw the tension wall between us broke Now I realized she wasn’ t all that bad Every time I was on time she seemed quite glad
She helped the depressed, eased the stress, and helped us find loopholes in the text Ms. Vines would make us wanna come to class Eating, drinking, and use of cell phones. That’ s an opportunity that’ s really hard to pass
While as cool as the class was she always corrected when we were wrong While the punishment wasn’ t all that long She always came after my friends Joy and Portsmouth Always coming like a bounty hunter from space like the syth
