Many winding colonial-era roads run through the heart ofBergen County – such as Kinderkamack and Knickerbocker roads. They pass through lots of small Bergen County communities, including some you may have neverbeen to before. Bergen County has some stellar Korean barbecue restaurants, mostly in Palisades Park and Fort Lee, where waiters bring plates of raw meat to your tabletop grill. You can also enjoy other Korean specialities such as bulgogi, kalbi and seafood pancakes. One restaurant even uses hot coals in its grills instead of gas flames.
