KELLY MCNALLY, D. D. S.( CENTER, FRONT ROW) AND HER TEAM
For myriad reasons, Dr. Kelly McNally knows the value of asmile. She was born with acleft lip and palate, wore braces beginning in first grade, and underwent multiple reconstructive procedures. This experience inspired and informed her decision to attend dental school, where she met her husband, Larry Passarelli. After completing her training, Dr. McNally joined her husband in the practice that her fatherin-law founded in 1961. It is truly afamily practice, with tremendous ties to the community. Patients span generations, and the entire office takes tremendous pride in the continuity of their patients, who regularly refer the office to friends.
When Dr. Larry Passarelli passed away suddenly in 2015, it was up to Dr. McNally to carry on that family legacy, while looking to the future.“ My goal was and remains to enhance and grow patient relationships by providing excellent care in a skillful and compassionate manner.”
At the core of the practice is the tremendous strength, resilience, compassion, and empathy of the staff.“ I love my team. We’ ve been together for along time.” Dr. McNally extols the virtues of her“ amazing” staff:“ Over the past few years, they have rallied to push through everything and lift up everyone, including our patients. We have pulled together and been there for each other. Iam just so proud of them. They are one of the great strengths of our practice.” Dr. McNally is at the forefront of the latest research. She has been a member of the staff of Valley Hospital and has also taught prosthodontics at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. Dr. McNally is an active member of the NJ Dental Association., and she continues to share her passion for cosmetic, restorative, and prosthodontic dentistry for the local dental community. She uses cutting-edge technology and treatments to ensure the best result for her patients.
While the technology and care are top-notch, Dr. McNally is beloved by patients for her“ old school” attitude.“ It is my job to empower and educate my patients, to listen to their needs, and to then create proper function and aesthetics.” Dr. McNally has practiced in Ridgewood for over 30 years, and during that time, she has developed great relationships with local specialists, whom she can call upon to assist her patients when necessary. Dr. McNally does whatever it takes to help her patients.“ Giving others the gift of asmile is my passion.”
