Joung , a prosthodontist and a board-certified periodontist , is one of only ahandful of dentists in the country to be trained in both specialties . Dr . Joung , “ specifically , implant surgery and implant restoration performed by specialists in one office .”

Joung explains , “ I use the 3D printer to create surgical guides based on digital CAD / CAM pretreatment planning . This allows me to achieve accuracy in positioning and placement of dental implants .”
Drs . Samani , Joung and Cho ’ s commitment to continuing education has led them to renovate the office , providing Bergen County with a world-class dental implant education center , the Ridgewood Implant Institute ( RII ). The Institute is not only an educational facility for tri-state dentists who wish to learn about all phases of implant dentistry , but also a treatment facility for patients seeking dental implant care . “ The Institute allows us to provide the same exceptional quality of care to a broader network of patients , who might not have access to implant treatment by specialists , due to the reduced fees of the educational environment . Dr . Samani and myself provide all aspects of the implant treatment , whether a private patient or an Implant Institute patient ,” says Dr . Joung . The Ridgewood Implant Institute offers mini-residencies and All-on-4 © implant continuing education courses to dentists . Patients are currently being considered for upcoming online courses . “ We are preparing the next generation of dentists and setting a new standard for exceptional dental care ,” says Dr . Samani .
