Since joining the practice in 2008 , he brings specialized treatment in urologic procedures including vasectomy , prostatectomy ( prostate removal surgery ), kidney stones , bladder cancer and endoscopy . Dr . Helfman has co-authored numerous journal articles on prostate cancer therapy and in 2001 received the Gallo Award for cancer research . He has twice been elected to every board position at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center .
Dr . Seaman has built areputation in the practice of medicine as aleader in the field of male fertility specializing in microsurgical vasectomy reversal , microsurgical sperm retrieval , varicocelectomy , medical treatment for infertility and vasectomy . He also has a special interest in the diagnosis of prostate cancer and kidney stone treatment and presented two posters at the American Society of Andrology related to a new male fertility treatment called Cap-Score .
