Anatomy 201 takes personal
training to the next level

arc Ronches has dedicated
his life to fitness. While
doing personal training for
many years, the fitness
guru grew increasingly pas-
sionate about the industry.
As his schedule became too packed for new
clients, and as training at big gyms became less
fulfilling, Ronches took it upon himself to open a
unique facility of his own.
The boutique fitness studio offers classes in the
Group Training Studio, and one-on-one personal
training in the 1on1 Training Studio a couple of
doors down. A distinctive feature of the studios is
that they are completely private; clients are only
there to participate in a group training class or to
work with their personal trainer. While Ronches
no longer trains clients himself, he has put
together a team of top-notch trainers and nutri-
tionists.
Personal training sessions are by appointment
only, and designed based on a client’s goals,
injuries and fitness level. Group classes include
everything from Max Reps and Anatomy After
Burn to Body Weight & Core and High Intensity
Interval Training (HIIT). The group instructors at
Anatomy 201 are all certified personal trainers
educated in program design, anatomy and physi-
ology, and in teaching proper form.
“A lot of places have a very one-size-fits-all
approach,” Ronches says. “Other class instructors
get people to jump around and move without a
purpose. Our group training is boot-camp style
with a personal training flare. We focus heavily
