Wrap, named after its creator, Guy Fieri from the Food Network’ s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, who visited Brownstone Pancake Factory during the filming of his TV show. The wrap is filled with buffalo fried chicken, mozzarella
cheese, roasted pepper and bleu cheese.
Other menu items include gourmet salads, flatbreads, burgers, pasta dishes and seafood. The restaurants also offer afresh, health conscience juice bar.
