OLD TAPPAN CHILD ACTOR TALIA CUOMO SHARES SCENES WITH SANDRA BULLOCK AND SARAH PAULSON INTERVIEW BY LAURA ADAMS STIANSEN

One could wonder how achild actor gets into the business. TaliaCuomo’ s mother believedit would be away for her daughter to channel her feelings of love for people.

“ From avery young age, Talia has grabbed theattention of peoplearound her,” Audrey says.“ It’ s her personality, which many describe as an‘ old soul,’ that led us down this pathofacting and modeling. She has had an amazing ability to articulate words and express herself since she was 3years old.”
Audrey went with her instincts and enrolled Talia in privateone-on-one coaching at AlexDwek Studios in Rutherford, where she learned the tools neededtosucceedinthe business. It was while she was taking classes there that she earnedher SAG-AFTRA membership— atthe age of 5.
“ One of the greatest pieces of advice he [ Alex Dwek ] offered me was to‘ let a flower bloom,’ and that‘ you can’ t force it open; otherwise, it will break.’ Meaning achild needstodevelop at her or his own individual pace,” says Audrey.
Currently, Talia, now 8, takes classes at Actors Technique New York in New York City.“ She’ s veryhappy there, and always excited to go to class,” Audrey says.“ Talia thrives in agroup setting.” She also takes dance lessons at Tate
