ham it up
TRY THIS CLASSIC SANDWICH WITH A TWIST
WRITTEN AND PHOTOGRAPHED BY KATE MORGAN JACKSON
I
t’s almost time to go back to
school, and we all know that
one of the best parts of the
school day is…lunchtime!
Whether your kids take their
lunch in the classic brown paper bag
or in a shiny new lunchbox, what
counts the most is what’s inside.
While tuna fish and peanut butter
and jelly sandwiches are always
favorites, it’s fun to shake things up
a little. This recipe is a twist on the
traditional ham and cheese, but in
biscuit slider form.
