yndsey and Brian were introduced
through mutual friends and went on
their first date at Paparazzi in Westfield
Garden State Plaza in January 2012. “To
this date, we still joke how I wouldn’t try any of
his fries and that Brian dropped me off by 9 p.m.,
which — even for me — is early,” Lyndsey says.
“It may have been the earliest ending date we’ve
ever had, but it definitely was one for the
books…and now he orders fries just so I can eat
them.” Almost four and a half years later, Brian
proposed at the W Hotel in Fort Lauderdale. “He
filled our room with rose petals, pink rose bou-
quets, champagne and strawberries,” Lyndsey
says. “It truly was the perfect proposal and a
complete surprise.” They enjoyed the rest of their
vacation, visited family in Florida, then came
home to celebrate with family and friends.
