I might lose my friends . Don ’ t miss your window of time .
Thanks to technology , you can stay in touch with friends and family from the road through cell phones , video calls , social media , and more . Plus , there is a whole community of new friends for you to make at RV parks , campgrounds , and campsites across the country . Since we started RVing , we have made friends that we regularly stay in touch with and , because many of us often are traveling , coordinate ways to meet up from time to time . Being mobile doesn ’ t mean being alone !
During the E3 conference , Tricia said , “ Don ’ t fall into traps , cliches , myths , and fears .”
By removing the roadblocks , which we often create in our minds , you can achieve your dreams , both big and small .
As Teddy Roosevelt is quoted as saying , “ Do what you can , with what you have , where you are .” Let ’ s Go Further Together .
I don ’ t have what I need to start .
As Marc and Tricia often say , it ’ s better to start small and start now . Waiting until you have the perfect rig , enough money in savings , and all the [ fill in your blank here ] figured out , could mean that months or even years will have slipped by . In the meantime , you ’ re getting older , your kids are growing up , your health could deteriorate , and the cost of everything could increase . If that doesn ’ t make waiting sound very appealing , good ! Get ready , and get going .
You can always adjust along the way or even decide the travel lifestyle isn ’ t for you . If so , at least you ’ ll look back and say , “ I tried it and didn ’ t like it ,” rather than , “ I never tried it ; I wonder if I would have liked it .”
