Small business loans . Small business lending program provide affordable small business loans and micro-loans from $ 10,000 to $ 250,000 to California businesses creating quality jobs in our communities . These loans help small business owners thrive and be successful .
A minimum credit score is not required and they specialize in working with small business owners who ’ ve had a hard time accessing capital , such as female entrepreneurs , immigrant entrepreneurs , entrepreneurs of color , and borrowers that may have been turned down for SBA or traditional bank loans . If you ’ re a California company that ’ s been in business for at least 12 months , then they ’ d love to work with you .

Working Solutions CDFI is the first to believe in start-up and early-stage businesses by providing diverse entrepreneurs with affordable capital , customized business consulting , and community connections to increase economic opportunity in Northern California .
• Focus on start-up and early-stage financing
• Fund entrepreneurs with capital consisting of loans ranging from $ 5,000 to $ 100,000
• Provide every funded entrepreneur with up to 5 years of 1-on-1 consulting and resources .
Loan Details and Fees :
• $ 5,000- $ 100,000
• 3- or 5-year loan terms
• 5 % -11 % interest ( temporary rates to support economic recovery ; your specific rate will be determined by the lending team upon review of your application )
• $ 50 application fee to get the process started
• Loan closing fee applicable after you receive your loan ( 5 % of loan amount )
• $ 5 UCC filing fee
