I don ’ t need to be a zillionaire . Helping others get opportunities has always led to more opportunities for our company , so we will continue to grow organically as we have been .”
With a 2-year backlog of projects , Anco ’ s recipe for success is clearly a winning one . “ Not many companies our size have that much work lined up , but my dad taught us from the beginning to do the right thing even when it costs money . In construction , it ’ s easy to hide things , but we were always told that if a mistake is made , you need to be honest about it and we ’ ll work together to fix it . So , we follow through on our promises and never take shortcuts or skimp on quality . We also choose to work with like-minded clients , and I believe that when you are good to others , blessings come your way .”
