My aim is to partner with different organisations which their main objective is Youth empowerment, community development, skills development, and economic growth so that they can be a wind under my wings so we can work together in making South Africa a better country to live in and improve the standard of living with the relevant updated information. I would like to request funding or resources to continue doing a valuable work of knowledge transfer and skills development in our community.
With my commitment to serve the country and a 5 year experience of being an inspiring entrepreneur, I realised it’ s important to make partnership for a progressive plan to be implemented. On the 3rd of March 2018 I am planning to make the 1 st LEPHALALE BUSINESS GALA, which will then be followed by LEPHALALE BUSINESS EXPO, LEPHALALE BUSINESS INFLUENCERS, which will inspire young people in lephalale to dream big, do big and take charge of their own life.
All this ideas can be successful only if you can accept my request for funding. For a full detailed plan and cost please invite me for a meeting, your response will be highly appreciated.
BUSINESS EXPERIENCE
May 2017, I was recognised by the USEMBASSY Entrepreneurship as one of the top 50 aspiring entrepreneurs for a start-up boot camp in Pretoria. During the course of the program I have learned more about Entrepreneurship lifestyle, Marketing, Business model canvas, Business planning and financials, how to apply for funding and business presentations. It was unfortunate I could not continue with the program because my INTERNATIONAL CITIZEN SERVICE application was accepted as a Team leader for an organisation called ZOE LIFE which is funded by the UK government in KWA ZULU NATAL. The program is active in about 20 countries, is about youth empowerment, local development and international relations. My task as a team leader was to lead about two UK volunteers and two South African volunteers into doing practical community work in KZN villages, as well as to implement the 17 GLOBAL SUSTAINABLE GOALS, challenging ourselves to change our own world by being active citizens. I have developed personally during my placement and came out a more inspired and equipped to help other social entrepreneurs in South Africa.
