A deadly virus known as the Coronavirus (COVID-19) has attacked various countries worldwide including Malaysia. The United States of America recorded the highest number of coronavirus cases and deaths. The virus which originated in Wuhan, China has made people around the world live in anxiety and fear. Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin started the first phase of the Movement Control Order (MCO) last March. Almost two months went by and now Malaysia is currently in the fourth phase of its restriction movement order. Despite some good news regarding the decreased number of affected cases, things can get nasty again if Malaysians continue to take the ‘staying at home’ order for granted and ignore the government’s order to practice social distancing with one another. MCO is one of the initiatives made by the government in an effort to break the chain of coronavirus. We perceived it as something simple as all you need to do is to just stay home, but the question is how many of us had breached the Movement Control Order? The answer is a lot. A lot of the people who breached the Movement Control Order often gave irrelevant and illogical excuses, many of which are rooted in the people’s selfish needs to go out and to socialize with their friends, ignoring the sacrifices made by our frontliners for the sake of our health and safety. Instead of limiting our movement and practising social distancing, responsible authorities such as Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM) and Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) had to use technologies to help monitor and control as well as eliminating the outbreak of this virus as it is well-known for its fast-spreading transmission from one person to another. “ This Act as air sprayer and bacteria disinfect An air sprayer and bacteria disinfectant in the form of a drone technology were used to help maintain specific areas so that people will be less worried about the state of cleanliness of that area. Although the effectiveness of it is yet to be judged, the initiative in killing the bacteria is much more important. However, a study found that the coronavirus can live in the air as well as on the surface of an object in a period of time. The founder of XAG, Justin Gong, mentioned that this drone has a lot of benefits for its quality and consistency compared to hand sprays. Saying that the air sprays from the drone are guaranteed to be far more efficient as it will be dispersed directly and evenly to the people. Transportation for samples The sample could be any medicine from pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals. As we all know, coronavirus does not recognize age and can spread to anyone regardless of their age. However, elderly people may be at a higher risk of getting this virus especially those who are also suffering from chronic diseases such as Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Hypertension, Cardiovascular disease, and many more. That being said, it is advisable for people to limit themselves from having physical contacts with anyone. China has confirmed that big companies such as TerraDrones and Antwork, use drones as a medium of transportation in supplying medicines to the one who is in need. The sample is sent from the Xinchang Hospital to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Zheijiang which is only 3km away. drone has a lot of benefits for its quality and consistency compared to hand sprays.
