Starting in 1966 when his first crop of colts produced the Two-Year-Old World
Champion, EBONY MASTERPIECE has been making his mark as a producer of
champions. In 1968, colts by this great stallion captured a high percentage
of blue ribbons in the major Futurities as well as the World Championships.
Top colts such as KERCHE’S EBONY DREAM, BETTY’S MASTERPIECE,
EBONY'S PLAYMAKER, EBONY'S ROYAL, EBONY'S QUEEN, EBONY’S BLACK
BARON, EBONY’S BLACK JACK, EBONY’S DREAM, and EBONY'S SCAT MAN
took home blue ribbons in both weanling and yearling championships. Other

SHADOW, EBONY'S HONEY, EBONY'S COUNT DOWN, EBONY'S DREAM
MAKER, EBONY’S MILLIONAIRE and many, many others took top honors in
