On behalf of the Northern California Tennessee Walking Horse Association I would like to inquire about the absence of some pictures of winners of our recent N . C . T . W . H . A . Celebration at Sacramento . It appears to many of us that it was by design that these winners were omitted and we would like an explanation . The VOICE has always made an extra effort to give unbiased coverage of all exhibitors in the pastand wewere somewhat confused about this issue . An explanation in print would be most appreciated .

Dear Mr . Dunn :
I can certainly understand your concern about the missing pictures . Since Mrs . Spencer and I were unable to attend in person as we had originally planned , we had to rely on someone else for the story and pictures . The photos that are printed in the November issue are the only ones that were forwarded to us . Since I did not know the photographer I assumed that these were all that were taken and did not attempt to follow up at that time .
I would like to apologize to the other winners , especially the juveniles , who always express their pleasure at being pictured in the VOICE .
