Leo Baum of Ixonia, Wisconsin. This was the first
show that Buddy has made under the River Tree
Farms banner and the Baum family has reason to be
justly proud. SUN’S HOLIDAY was truly outstanding
in winning the class and shows promise of becoming
one of the big question marks for stake class compe
tition later on this season. Tying second in this top
class was John Stroud (we understand that John was
injured rather severely the week following this show
— more on this later) on SUN’S BLACK SPECIAL
owned by Hervey Aycock. Third was CHANCE’S
SENSATION. Neil Robinson up for Jeffcoat Stables.
