the Cashion Farms in Shelbyville. LADY KIM is al
ways at the top of the class and her showing in Nash
ville labels her as a strong contender at the Cele
bration. The Stallion and Gelding Class was won by
Carlton Pitts riding GO BOY’S BLACK ROOSTER
for Captain E.A. Self. Carlton had his horse looking
better than ever and the improvement in BLACK
ROOSTER in just one year is truly remarkable.
The Four-Year-Old division saw three separate win
ners emerge and a big upset. The Mare Class was
won by GO BOY’S BRENDA LEE and Buddy Black.
Buddy gave this mare a real strong ride and she was
at her best in winning over good competition. BREN
DA LEE keeps showing and winning and that is all
you can ask of a champion horse. The Stallion and
Gelding preliminary was won by the great EBONY’S
SENATOR and Marvin Wilson. This horse has also
been shown plenty this year but his performance at
Nashville was truly in the "great” category. The
Stake Class saw a big upset with GREGG’S PER
FECTION winning over EBONY’S SENATOR. Wal
lace Brandon went after the blue ribbon right from the
start on PERFECTION and Judge Moorman liked what
he saw. There was not a workout in the class as Wal
lace and his horse worked hard from the start to gain

rewarded at this show.

"Red” Gochneaur of Aurora, Ohio. Red had his big
strong stud doing three gaits with lots of style and
motion "Red” also won a preliminary class on FTT.
