In brief, a ''syndicate” is an association of persons officially authorized to undertake some duty or negotiate some business. In this instance, that "business’ would be the breeding of a stallion. Syndication is not new to the horse business. It has been successful for Thoroughbred stables lor many years and recently has been established in other areas of the horse business.
