WEST COAST ’WALKS ON'
One of the major shows drawing the West Coast Show Season to a close
was the Grand National Rodeo and Horse Show held at the Cow Palace in
San Francisco. This ten-day spectacular also included the well-known stars
Eva Gabor. Jim Nabors, Eddie Albert. Wayne Newton, The Young Americans
and Pat Buttram. Once again the Blue Ridge Ranch captured the show for
the Walking Horse Division as Glenn Miller rode his mounts to victory in the
majority of the classes. Results of Lhis star-studded show and others are
listed below.
