RESULTS IN CHANGE OF LEADERSHIP The Board of Directors of the T. W. H. B. A. met at a called meeting on March 14, in the board room of the association office in Lewisburg, Tennessee. The order of business was to elect officers to carry out the unexpired terms of both Mr. W. W. GILL and Mr. JOHN H. AMOS, President and Chairman of the Board, respectively, who died within the past two months. The meeting resulted in the election of the follow ing officers and board members: Mr. BOB GUINN, Savannah, Tennessee — Chairman of the Board; Mr. C. C. TURNER, Broadway, Virginia — President; Mr. CHARLES WILLIAMSON, Brentwood, Tennessee — Vice President; Mr. HAROLD WISE, Lewisburg, Tennessee — Director; Mr. S. W. BEECH, Belfast, Tennessee — Director; Sen. JOE KELLY, Columbia, Tennessee — Director; Mr. HARLIN HAYES, Frank lin, Tennessee — Director; and Dr. V. W. GARNIER, Bastrop, Louisiana — Director. The executive secre tary, Mr. H. TOM FULTON, remains on the Board. The resignation of Mr. WILLIAM McINNES of Tampa, Florida, was accepted by the Board. The above officers and directors will serve only un til May, 1966, at which time the membership of the Breeders Association will convene at their annual meeting in Lewisburg to elect new officers for the coming year. In other action, the Board elected to repeal a new ruling recently enacted that would limit the number of colts that could be registered to a given stallion. Further action on this ruling will be reported later. 1
