TWO-YEAR-OLD WALKING MARES Jimmy Waddell up on Go Boy’ s Brenda
Lee got the show off to a real good start as he captured the first place ribbon with a high-stepping show. This was the first of many ribbons for Jimmy as he made championship showing in a number of classes. Go Boys
Angel Wings, with Buddy Moore up for the Cashion Farms, tied reserve in this talented
class for two-year-olds. Wink Groover on EBONY’ S STAR was a solid choice of the judge for the third spot. This good class holds out much promise for future mare classes.

THREE-YEAR-OLD WALKING STALLLION OR GELDING
Invasion’ s Shadow and George Witt battled Big Shot’ s T Bird and Billy Brantley down to wire and came away with the blue ribbon in a class crowded with fine young horses. George did a good job showing his horse and captured the first place. Brantley had T Bird doing a lot and tied first on one judges card but ended up with the red ribbon for a top notch performance. Third place honors went to Mack Motes on Go Boy’ s Raven. Mack and his horse teamed well in his class and pressured the leaders throughout the class.

JUVENILES ON WALKING HORSES, ages 15, 16, 17, and 18
Sherrill Marks made the trip to the winners circle on GO BOY ' S JET with a sparkling display in all three gaits. This skillful juvenile rider showed ability beyond her years as she guided her horse to the top ribbon. Greenback ' s Shadow with Camille Whittle in the saddle came on strong for the second spot. Martha Sue Henderson rode Hurricane Lady to the third tie. in the class as both horse and rider put on a crowd-pleasing show. This is always a popular class with the fans and this particular class was no exception.
