Now, almost completing the cir­
cle, Captain Wood has been trans­
ferred to Millington, Tennessee Na­
val Air Station near Memphis, as
Chief of Staff, Naval Air Techni­
cal Training. From this new basis
of operations in almost the very
center of Tennessee Walking Horse
Country, the Wood family will
have a greater opportunity to
compete in many shows. The
Wood’s have two sons: Robin, 21, a
third year midshipman at the Na­
val Academy, Annapolis, Mary­
land, and William, almost three,
who plans to ride some day like
his sister, Wendy.
