He trained horses in Tennessee and Alabama, showing in both states, and winning many ribbons. The list of well known Walking Horses he has trained and shown is long, but the ones he remembers best are such greats as: Merry Gypsy Belle, Southern Belle Allen, Old Glory’s Sensation, Little Mer­ ry Go Boy, Wilson’s Fireball, Val­ iant Lady, Sunset Jet, and Grey Glory. These were not just horses, they were top horses and many people are going to remember their names. He has worked sev­ eral top horses since his arrival in California and lists them as these: Lady About Town, Silver Power Glide. Go Boy’s Sun, McKays Bul­ let, Silver Maker, Cheyenne Thun­ der,
