KNOXVILLE SHOW (Continued From Page 6) Armstrong and Dickson, of Evans Stables in Athens, Tennessee, were very active from one end of the show grounds to the other. Owen Fullen, President of the East Ten nessee Horse Show Association, was busy going over the details of various shows in their circuit with horse owners, while both Kenny Dickson and Kendal Armstrong were busy with their horses. Another very impressive and able amateur rider has recently be come a member of the Evans Sta ble group. Bob Cooley, of Madison- ville, Tennessee, has some excel lent horses in the making. Kenny Dickson made an excellent show on SUN DUST OF MIDNIGHT to tie second in the Stallion and Geld ing Class on Friday night. The lit tle sorrel stud, which Kenny showed successfully last year is much improved and will be a con tender in all East Tennessee shows. The Juvenile Class on Saturday night provided the audience with one of the most exciting classes of the show. These avid young Walk ing Horse exhibitors are trying their best from the moment the gate opens. Debbie Pollard, rid ing for E. C. Nichols Stables (now located at Beaverbrook Stables in Knoxville) made a terrific show to win the big blue on her DREAM AT MIDNIGHT.
