Mary Denton, 16, of Anniston, Ala., will make her farewell Celebration ride on her beloved D. Diamond Lil, age 6, in
the Juvenile (13-18 age limit) at the Silver Anniversary show in Shelbyville. She placed third in the 1962 Juvenile (13-18)
championship.
Dr. N. C. Denton, father of Mary, has indicated that Denton's Diamond Lil, will be offered for sale during Celebration
Week as Mary will enter college following high school graduation next session.
