They Own Lady Misty Midnight
" We just recently saw a copy of your fine magazine at a friend ' s home and being the proud owners of‘ Lady Misty Midnight ' listed in your July issue, we are much interested in your magazine." writes Charles T. Emmons, 0-2279 Lake Michigan Drive, N. W., Rural Route 5, Grand Rapids, 4, Mich. Charlie also attached his name to a $ 4 check made out to the Voice. He began to receive all copies of the Voice right away— just so the letter carrier didn’ t give out before he finished reading that address. Don ' t recall seeing a longer one in the U. S. A. Chalk up another subscriber for Mary Frances and her TWH Registrations made possible by the Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders’ & Exhibitors ' Assn, of America, Lewisburg, Tenn. Looks like Charlie’ s already lost his record for a long address.( BAG).

Minneapolis Gets Attention
Friend Ann Bunstiel, 2819 Aldrich Ave., N, Minneapolis, Minn., is a Lady of action. She fired a couple of checks in to Mary Frances ' bank accounts, ordering a Biography for the Minneapolis Public Library, 300 Nicollet Ave., South Minneapolis, Minn., and a Training Book to the same library( when the book gets out Dec. 1). Also she ordered a training book for herself. Children who frequent that library are going to get an eyeful about the Tennessee Walking Horse. That’ s guaranteed, thanks to Friend Ann.

A Letter From Mrs. Netteler
We receive many letters at the Voice Office( a 2 by 4 room in outlittle house) but some just overpower us like this one from Mrs. Betty Netteler, 12487 Worthington Drive, St. Louis 28, Mo.:“ Dear Mr. & Mrs. B. A. Green. Recently I subscribed for your wonderful new magazine,‘ Voice of the Tennessee Walking Horse.’ 1 think it’ s the most wonderful magazine on the market, and that counts ' all ' magazines. I wish you all the luck in the world. I ' m sold on it, as I know thousands are. I only wish I could afford to send, as a gift, to all my friends, this wonderful magazine. Of course anything that has to do with the beautiful Walking Horse is for me. I want so much to attend the Celebration this year. There are several friends of ours who will be there, but I can ' t be among them....”
( Mrs. Netteler, I am afraid some of those magazines with millions of reader circulation are going to feel hurt when you put the Voice on the very top. We are designed to appeal to the special group of people in this world who love the Tennessee Walking Horse. If we can reach all of them and get their attention, we will be satisfied. Folks like you inspire us to believe we may be able to approach this goal. BAG.)
