19 Voice of the Tennessee Walking Horse Washington Walker Association Elects 14 Vice-Presidents Did you ever hear of an association with one president, 14 vice-presidents, one secretary, one treasurer, 24 other members and a number of associate members, including children of mem­ bers? That’s exactly what the set-up is for the Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders and Exhibitors’ Association of Washington (state), an affiliate of the Tennessee Walking Horse Breed­ ers and Exhibitors’ Assn, of America, Inc., based at Lewisburg, Tenn. The Washington organization is said to be one of the most effective state groups for the Tennessee Walk­ ing Horse anywhere. It meets the first Thursday of each month at the home of officers and directors; all members are invited; and 23 meetings arc scheduled in 1962. They include busi­ ness sessions, socials, horse shows, trail rides, potluck gatherings and a buffet dinner. Mrs. Isabelle K. Moe, 4403 118th Ave., NE, Kirkland, Wash., is presi­ dent.
