The Atlanta real estate market continues to thrive. Unit sales and
average sales price remains on an upward trajectory and mortgage interest rates continue to remain
low. We are still in a seller’s market as inventory is not keeping up with demand. However, the
forecast is for the market to become a bit more balanced in the coming months as more sellers
decide to make a move and the supply of newly constructed homes increases.
Businesses continue to choose Atlanta for their headquarters in part due to our great quality of
life. Tree lined streets and magnificent homes, many of which are featured in this magazine, are the
