As I walk home I try to relive the Wonderful moments I had in the circus. Clowns, lions, and acrobats Are all gone now. Vanessa All the performers were Going out of the tent. It was sad. Back in the real world My car was waiting for me. I got in my car, Looking at the circus… I don’t want to go. Kevin When I came home There was a big, fat cat I ran inside and got a Kit Kat I look outside and see that fat cat Just waiting there in the night. Jordan K The sunset was in the background, It was a long day. What started as a light brine Became a heavy down pour As I stood there seeing a blackbird On a branch of a tree. Allen II I was of three minds, Like a tree In which there are three blackbirds. III The blackbird whirled in the autumn winds. It was a small part of the pantomime. IV A man and a woman Are one. A man and a woman and a blackbird Are one. V I do not know which to prefer, The beauty of inflections Or the beauty of innuendoes, The blackbird whistling Or just after.
