Messages from the Western Region Leaders Congratulations Division G (r.e.a.t) for its 12th Annual Contest!  It’s really G (r.e.a.t) to be part of the founding division of Toastmasters Family in this part of Saudi Arabia.  Looking back, we can still vividly recall how Division G evolve to what it has become now.  Division G is, Where Great Toastmasters-Leaders Are Made! This year’s Contest theme A(Attitude) C(Commitment) E(Excellence) To Greatness is apt and well-accepted.  It resonates the truest meaning to describe Division G…from its humble beginning to what it is now.  Division G leadership has Great Attitude in serving the Toastmasters family; their Grand Commitment to bring their members to the next level is evident; and with their bold visions and actions, par Excellence is just but normal to each and every individual Division G Toastmasters Family. Greatness is a concept of a state of superiority affecting a person or object. It can also be referred to individuals who possess a natural ability to be better than all others. The concept carries the implication that the particular person or object, when compared to others of a similar type, has clear advantage over others. Ace combines with greatness enable the person to perform in a given field with distinction. This is Division G. With the theme “ACE TO GREATNESS”, this will once again prove that the division is distinct from others. The division has a vision in achieving its objectives. Without that tunnel vision, the adrenalin rush would be overwhelming. That’s kind of a mindset. Never to point finger to anybody regardless of what have happened. Every individual has its own hardest critic but as long as you’re demanding more out of yourself than the public is, you should be fine. The pressure will always be there, but winning the contest to become a champion is a big challenge to all the contestants.
