THE LOWER LEVEL
Visiting family, friends, college kids, returning children (boomerangs), birthday parties and the list goes on and on.
This lower level is perfect for so many uses. It’s hard to believe you are downstairs; with eight and nine foot ceilings,
warm rich carpeting and a complete kitchen... this level feels like the main floor. There are two additional rooms
which could certainly be used as bedrooms, exercise studio or office. A full bathroom, second laundry room and
