None of us could have anticipated a second year of a pandemic , with no clear end in sight . The pandemic has impacted all facets of life , including industries we hold dear , such as sports , which provides a vital respite from the stresses of daily life and an opportunity to entertain the entire family , young and old alike .
It was gratifying to see the dedicated and passionate fans of the Sacramento Republic FC present at our matches once again , following a year without them . Sacramento Republic FC fans are unwavering in their support . The excitement they generate and their faith in the team are precious commodites we never take for granted .
And , while we didn ’ t make the playoffs this year , our fans can be assured that our next season will be filled with much promise and the realization of our dreams and plans for a permanent home for the Sacramento Republic FC . That remains The Plan . I have had to be a fighter for every achievement in my career . This plan is no different , and I will continue my fight until the dream is realized .
We continue on our indomitable journey , fueled by the positive energy of our fans and the commiment of business leaders and elected officials who join me in this exciting path toward a position of strength and respectability in the world of soccer for our fearless and boldhearted team , our Sacramento Republic FC .
