One of the nation ’ s top industrial contractors , Alston has recently completed several warehouse and distribution facilities , including two Amazon delivery centers , one of 110,000 square feet in Elk Grove and another of 134,000 square feet in Roseville . Current projects include a five-story Class A historic renovation in Oakland , a 400,000-squarefoot industrial warehouse in Lodi , and three industrial warehouses in Newark , California .
