Now, whilst I myself am quite partial to the metric system of measurement, Greg normally insists that I measure things in hamsters, thimbles, golf buggies, lima beans or such like. I’ m afraid he’ s now insisting that you must all do the same. So, for the purposes of this exercise, please pretend that you simply know nothing of metres and centimetres, and adopt Greg’ s chosen measurement system.
