Locally grown fruits and grains are used to make more than 25 labels produced and bottled on-site at this craft distillery . Sample a variety of spirits in the tasting room — a nod to the old west — and purchase specialty items from the boutique shop . Once pandemic restrictions are lifted , tours of the industrial distillery and educational classes will resume .
