1 apple , diced small 1 cup frozen blueberries 2 tb Wonder mills flour 1tb sugar Dash of cinnamon
D I R E C T I O N S
Preheat the oven to 350 .
In a bag or bowl , mix crumb ingredients until well combined . Put aside .
In a separate bag or bowl , mix together fruit with flour , sugar and cinnamon . Divide into ramekins and top with crumbs .
Bake for one hour .
( Dash of spice : for an epic hot and cold dessert , serve with a scoop of ice cream on top !)
