Agel Bagel
Motzei Shabbos is synonymous with bagels . Everyone will love this surprise lurking in their bagel ! Gather round and enjoy dunking crispy bagels into its own ooey gooey runny center . 1 bagel makes 2 agel bagels .
I N G R E D I E N T S
Butter 1 bagel , sliced lengthwise in half 1 egg 1 slice cheese Salt , pepper
D I R E C T I O N S
Heat butter in a frying pan . Place one bagel half face down in the pan .
Crack an egg into a cup , and pour it over the bagel . Be careful that the yellow should land in the center and the white around the bagel .
Sprinkle egg with salt and pepper , or any other spices of your choice .
Cover the bagel with cheese , then cover the pan with a silver foil and let cook for about 3 minutes .
N O T E
you may have to spread the bagel hole to fit the yolk .
