Betty Crocker Veggie Pizza Frittata

After a shabbos full of heavy meals , everyone craves a savory , light Melava Malka option . This one checks all the boxes ; carb free , easy to make , and so satisfying !
I N G R E D I E N T S
1 zucchini , sliced 2 plum tomatoes , sliced 3 eggs 1 ⁄ 4 cup milk 1 ⁄ 2 tsp salt 1 ⁄ 4 tsp pepper 1 ⁄ 2 tsp garlic powder 2 cups pizza sauce Shredded cheese Italian seasoning , or oregano
D I R E C T I O N S
Line Betty Crocker with parchment paper and spray with oil . Place zucchini slices all around the heated Betty , as closely connected as possible .
Beat eggs with milk and spices . Pour over zucchini . Sprinkle cheese on top .
Layer tomato slices on top of cheese , then pour pizza sauce over them .
Sprinkle cheese and Italian seasoning .
Close Betty and cook for 15 minutes , until the cheese is golden and bubbly .
Transfer to a platter , slice into triangles and enjoy !
