1 lb cooked octopus( preferably Portuguese or Spanish)
Macadamia romesco sauce( see recipe) ½ cup canned chickpeas
1 Asian pear, diced ¾ cup macadamia nuts, whole roasted
Bunch of fresh basil
Ingredients:
8 cherry tomatoes 1 tbsp preserved black beans( these can be found at any Asian market or use rehydrated black beans.) Non-stick spray Olive oil Balsamic vinegar
