To end the session by saying goodbye , thanking the young people for participating and reminding them of how they can continue with 10:10 in the week .

Display the final screen showing the 10:10 website details if you are using the PowerPoint and hand out the Info Cards , if you are using them .

• Encourage participants to continue with 10:10 in the week by checking out the 10:10 website for more information ( www . 1010 . org . uk ). Here they will find details of what we have covered in the session , reminders of experiments they can try , as well as links to websites and sources of helpful information .
• Encourage your group that if they need to talk to anyone about the issues raised today , or life in general , to do so . This is especially important if they are feeling stressed , overwhelmed , anxious or struggling with life at the moment . Remind them of who they can talk to ( if you are in school make yourself aware of any sources of help that the school already offers and check who the school are happy for you to signpost to ). There are also sources of help listed on the 10:10 website .
• Tell them you will see them in the next session , thank them for participating and say goodbye .
