Eddyville Raceway
This IHRA-sanctioned track is a one-eighth mile dragstrip
on more than 60 acres of land. It opened in 1965, and there
are more than 50 race days per season, including Friday
Fun Nights, Midnight Madness and Saturday Bracket
Events. Special race events include Midwest Nostalgic
Nationals, Night of Fire and World Fuel Altered Nationals.

Highway 63 Super Putt
This 18-hole mini golf course is an outreach ministry of
Christ’s Church at 12627 River Road on the outskirts of
Ottumwa. It features a family-oriented atmosphere and a
bonus return hole.

Izaak Walton League
The Ottumwa Isaak Walton League is located at 11077
90th St. The chapter house and grounds are located on
260 acres that include hardwoods, pine groves and an
11-acre lake. Members support long-range conservation
and management policies and practices. For membership

Golfing
As many as 10 golf courses are spotted throughout the
region. Ottumwa is home to two: Cedar Greek Golf Course
and Ottumwa Golf and Social Club. Appanoose County is
home to the Appanoose Country Club, the Manhattan Golf
Club and The Preserve at Honey Creek Resort. Oskaloosa is
home to Edmundson Golf Course, Harvest Point Golf Course
and Oskaloosa Public Golf Course. In Marion County, you’ll
find Pella Golf & Country Club, Bos Landen Golf Club and
Pine Knolls Golf Club. Additional golf courses include Albia
Golf and Leisure, Bloomfield Country Club and Fairfield’s
