Founded in 1865, the oldest continuously operating
municipal band in the state is in Ottumwa. OMB performs
weekly concerts on Thursdays in Central Park during the
summer with a rain/weather location of Quincy Place Mall.
The band is made up of musicians from Ottumwa and the
