February 2019 after a one-year hiatus. It has returned
to its roots of answering home and garden needs. The
revamped expo is hosted by the Greater Ottumwa Partners
in Progress.

Oskaloosa is lit up each holiday season with Painting with
Lights — buildings surrounding the square are strung with
thousands of lights. The illuminated buildings are a perfect
backdrop to the town’s famous Lighted Christmas Parade
held each December. The parade has dozens of entries, each
twinkling with lights. Look for an official date later this year.

A Knoxville tradition, Living Windows brings local
storefronts to life during the holiday season in November.
Local businesses around the square donate window space
to fill with decorations and open their doors after hours
to provide goodies, music, activities and more. Santa also
makes an appearance.
