When you wake up in the morning or whenever you begin to feel your happiness dwindle, get into a place where you can be alone for a few minutes. You don't have to be sitting or laying down to visualize, but it does help. First, close your eyes and breath deeply. Slowly begin to focus your mind on a moment where you were completely happy, or on a place that makes you feel very happy. Whatever that is for you, imagine it in your mind's eye.
