100FD Installation Overview
1 . Cut track to fit opening width , insert hangers , stops , and pivots into track and fasten track to header 3 / 4 ” from front edge .
2 . Fasten 1606 Hinges between door panels .
3 . Fasten 1001 Pivot Plate to top ( 3 / 4 ” from door edge ), and 1707 Bottom Pivot to bottom of the 1st door ( 7 / 8 ” from door edge ), and 1125 Door Plate to top of 2nd door ( 1 / 4 ” from door edge ). NOTE :
Lock tap of 1125 should face the back of the doors .
4 . Fasten 1011 Floor Bracket to floor 9 / 16 ” from jamb face and 7 / 8 ” from jamb edge . Remove Floor Bracket and hang doors . to floor .
5 . Hang doors by slipping 1001 Pivot
Pin into 1010 Pivot Lock and 1125 Hanger Pin into Hanger Plate . Lock each pin into place Tilt doors slightly to allow 1011 Floor Bracket to slide under 1706 Bottom Pivot . Insert 1706 Bottom Pivot into 1011 Floor Bracket Pivot Socket . Reattach Floor Bracket
6 . Check for proper operation and , if necessary , reposition track pivot or jamb bracket pivot socket to allow proper clearances and to have effortless opening and closing . When this is acheived , close doors , move 1155 Stop in track until it touches 1125 Hanger . Open doors , move 1155 1 / 8 ” closer to 1125 Hanger and tighten in place to track . Doors should “ snap ” into place when closing .
7 . Add 1808 Aligners to BACK of 4 door installations and fasten knobs as shown to FRONT of doors .
