feel about the crowd gassing up
bars?
C Low: This sport is all about
opinions, so I think fans have the
right to like any material. Who’s
to say what’s hot?
Sean: How often should an emcee
battle?
C Low: I feel it’s all about
opportunities, not how many
battles you take. I couldn’t say,
but definitely at least six times a
year, if it’s just for the love.
Sean: There was a post you had
online talking about how battle
emcees don’t admit to losing. Can
you share your thoughts?
C Low: Yeah, that’s a good one. I
think you can only grow from a
loss. When you say you won when
it’s clear you didn’t, it makes you
look bad, in my opinion.
Sean: How did you feel about
Total Slaughter and Joe Budden’s
performance?
C Low: I feel Total Slaughter was
good for the culture, but as far as
Joe, they could have used a better
mic. I think they should of held
like auditions or something like
that to make it a little bit more
interesting. It was just a couple
dollars made for someone who
actually does reality TV. All in all,
salute Eminem; it was good for
the culture.
Sean: Name a league and emcee
that you feel is being slept on?
44
C Low: I feel, as far as rappers,
Born is slept on the most and as
far as leagues go, I think Queen
Of The Ring got killers. The
females can definitely keep up
with a lot of these dudes that are
so-called “Top Tier”.
Sean: What do you think of the
industry emcees battling? Who
would you battle from the industry?
C Low: If I chose someone in
the industry I would have to say
Fabolous. I think that it would
be a good battle. He should
probably be the best competition
out of artists in the industry.
Sean: If you could tell the world
one thing about yourself what
would you say?
C Low: One thing about me is I
don’t lose and if I do, I’m back
like I never did.
Sean: Do you have a message you’d
like to send to the people?
C Low: Follow me on Instagram at
Wavy Clayton. Also follow me on
Facebook, C Low Clayton. Keep
them eyes open. I’m working.
Salute all the supporters.
