I keep smiling every time I look at the card because it’s so great. Jon Rines: How did the battlers feel when you first mentioned it. Organik: They loved it! Like I said battle rap gets stagnant for a lot of people especially the battle rappers. Back in the day you could tell a battler, “do this and you’ll get 100,000 views! , but after a while they are like whatever. It’s like, this is their passion, this isn’t a job, it’s something we took our own time to create and we’re good at. So if you find a way to make it exciting again they are going to want to be involved and that’s what happened. I explained it to them. Once you walk out, like they’ve never had big intros so when they walk out they get that excitement and energy like that WWE style without being corny. This helps them too because they are being announced alone so it helps their brand and the day of the event social media will go crazy!!! I threw so many curve balls it’s crazy.
